During the time of the restoration, Kojeski Construction Company was responsible for roof work, framework, carpeting, electrical, plumbing, and architectural work. In addition, they were responsible for planning, and designing the new structure for the building, as well as responsible for obtaining all possible permits required by the township to complete the project at hand.  The company adhered to all deadlines that were stated in the agreement and the communication level between Kojeski and Travel Inn was at a profound level.
